Your tax refund can make a BIG difference for kids in crisis. If you expect an Oregon tax refund this year, please consider designating all or part of your refund to Albertina Kerr Kid’s Crisis Care through Oregon’s Charitable Checkoff.
Kerr’s inpatient crisis psychiatric care unit serves youth from every county across Oregon. Over 90% of all youth served in Kerr’s inpatient crisis care successfully transitioned back home or to a lower level of care.
Oregon’s Charitable Checkoff is easy, just follow these steps:
1) Find Albertina Kerr Kid’s Crisis Care on Schedule OR-DONATE. We are listed on line 26 (charity code #26).
2) Enter how much of your refund you want to donate on the Schedule.
3) Once you finalize your giving on the Schedule, enter your total donation on Form OR-40, line 48; Form OR-40-N, line 73; or Form OR-40-P, line 72.
